So long, Etsy 😢

After more than 7 years and 65,000 sales on Etsy, Knaughty Knickers has closed shop.

You may have heard that Etsy recently updated their policies, effective July 29.

Then, we received word that Etsy was removing us from their platform ahead of the new policy date. On July 17th, they removed us from Etsy entirely.

Etsy's new policies enacted very strict rules around mature content.

We have always complied with Etsy's requirements around mature content, including tagging all of our listings — even the non-sexy ones — as "mature" so that people may filter out our content if they don't wish to see it. 

However, Etsy has determined that certain types of products (like butt plugs) or products that contain certain language (like "Daddy's Slut") are no longer permitted on their platform at all — even with a filtering system in place.

  

Even though we have left Etsy, we will still be here for you.
